Bailey-Gibbon Rib Approximator

Baily-Gibbon Rib Approximator is an instrument that used in Cardiothoracic surgical procedures. This rib approximator comes equipped with extended 3-pronged blades that gives it better gripping ability during rib approximation. A ratcheting mechanism with a large dial are used to set the claws at variable spreads and then bring them closer together.
